XtaC
Was wondering if this grill would work on a 2008 legacy 2.5 SE: http://www.japanparts.com/db/partslist.php?dealer=1&car=142&middlesmall=2%3A11&maker=&volkey=107-112-005 I think I read that the opening is different for US versions (mine) than for international - dont want to make a mistake! Any help appreciated!
rtbrjason
Nice looking grill but I don't think it will fit an 08.
XtaC
So hard to find stuff for an 08. The DIY grill thread may inspire me though
rtbrjason
So hard to find stuff for an 08. The DIY grill thread may inspire me though I did my own with some flat black. I didn't mind the look of it just had too much chrome for my taste.
XtaC
well done! Looks great with the color of the car. I'll have to visualize it with my silver.

rtbrjason
Nice. I think fully blacked out would look great with the silver or any color. I saw something similar on white and it looked great. Much more aggressive imo.

BAC5.2
Where did you find vinyl suitable for the abuse a grille is subject to? Vbelisle
Where did you find vinyl suitable for the abuse a grille is subject to? um well its just regular 3M window vinyl that i got for free from a local shop, he gave me so much that if it starts chipping i can just peel it off and put a new piece on. R-REV SPORTS
RE: Was wondering if this grill would work on a 2008 legacy 2.5 SE: http://www.japanparts.com/db/partsli...ey=107-112-005 I dont think so, the JDM legacy is different than USDM. I had a 08 CF JDM grille and I need to modify it a LOT to fit on the 08 USDM legacy and still not too perfect. I did this for a member a while ago and he was the first one with CF grille in his area, after that I made my own USDM version CF and FRP grille and then they fits beautifully..Now I'm working on other CF things for 08 LGT. XtaC
Thanks for the input guys. I am a new legacy owner and still learning what I can and cant do I am thinking of a DIY front grill by grabbing an 08 grill from a junk yard, stripping it down and tying in some decent mesh. R-Rev: Checked out your site and you are doing some real nice work! I'll be checking in on it from now on.
