Marathoner Posted February 25, 2005 Share Posted February 25, 2005 Got my first kill today, a G35 coupe. Don't know if he was an '04 or '05. Wasn't really trying to race him, just trying to get around him since the lane I was in had to merge. As soon I took off, mind you, not that hard, but rather just enough to get around, I was not a half car length in front of him when he stomped it. Needless to say, I wan't going to give him the satisfaction. I stomped it too and the funny thing is, from about 5-10 miles per hour at the start, I actually picked up about a car length and a half to about 65 or so. Honestly, I was more preoccupied with watching him behind me drift further back than watching my speed so once I merged in front of him I slowed it down. He just switched to the far left lane and then flew by... Later when I caught back up to him I honked and waved but he just kept looking forward. Guess he didn't like it too much.
