I Cant Drive 55
It keeps falling off on the drivers side, the other side hasn't even budged. It mostly does this after driving in the rain. It takes 10 seconds to pop back into place, but it looks ghetto when it's hanging lower. I have the Autospeed exhaust, so I know the tips don't sit flush with the cutout, but how they are now looks fine. I don't think I'd need to readjust anything because that doesn't seem to be a problem. Seems like the hanger just has to much wiggle room. Anyone else experience this with the autospeed hangers? I'm probably going to get new ones. If I have to I'd get smaller ones and shave the opening a little so it's a tight fit.
atc5
weld a bead to the spot you want the exhaust hanger to stay. quick trip to a muffler shop should solve this issue for you pretty quickly.
GTTuner
Those cans were a bitch to line up , I remember one side of the Y pipe was a little short, is it the pass side that keeps popping out? I remember having fits with the pass side. Those clamps that came with the kit did not clamp well. You could get a small fuel line worm clamp and put it on hanger to stop the rubber from sliding off.
