STI interior poll....

Good evening everyone,

 

I have a 98 legacy gt wagon and would like to do an sti swap in the interior (and engine and tranny, but thats another topic), minus the rear seats.

 

As we all know, the sti interior only comes in the trademark blue. The only reason that i second guess the decision is my car is red.

 

I have had opinions all over the charts from my local fellas.

"blue interior in a red car?"

"if the exterior looks aggressive enough, it should look right."

"it'd look great."

 

My thought is that; despite the "superman" look, that the blue is the staple regardless of exterior colors. But the colors may not perfectly work together, maybe why you dont see many red sti's.

 

Would love some outside opinions!!
