Matt Murray
I have a 1999 legacy gt wagon, I noticed that I stopped at a stop sign and when I started to go the engine reved up but did not move. I put it in park then drive and after a second the car began to move. It did this several trimes. I checked the fluid level and all is fine. the car has only 60239 miles on it and I will be doing the fluid chaange this weekend, any idea if that will fix the probllem? Thanks, Matt iresqu101@hotmail.com
Bdubs
What is the color of the ATF? If it is a very dark brown redish tint, it's in need of a change. Add a product called Lubegard along with the new ATF, and it works very well to cure the slippage.

Bdubs
It may be a simple intake problem. Check your throttle body, all the air intake parts and be sure they are nice and clean, and everything is tight. Be sure all the Vac. hoses are fastened snug.
