Captain D
I have a 98 Legacy GT Limited that won't crank over. I replaced the battery and starter and checked the battery cables. The alarm system keeps going off when I connect the positive battery terminal and it won't allow me to put the key in the ignition or move the transmission out if park. My questions are: 1. How can I disarm the system to get the car started? Is there a switch that resets the alarm system? 2. How can I disconnect the alarm system so I don't have to deal with this again? Thanks.........
