morrias
Does anyone know what Duplicolor paint color code matches the interior silver bits? My console piece around the shifter has a bunch of scratches and I wanted to repaint it. Thanks!

cino135
this is of utmost concern to me as Ive just ordered a double din faceplate from an ebay vendor. someone on here actually ordered from them prior and STATED, (w pics after install) that the faceplate came in the factory silver color and matched to teh T. im hoping this is the case for me. ive done a search myself, as i work in a body shop, and havent come up with any definitive answer or color code at this time. id like to know if someone does indeed know this color for matching /dying purposes. TWolf
I need to find out this color also given that the 2006 legacy limited I just picked up has scratches on the gear indicator face plate and they only sell the faceplate as part of the whole shifter unit ($300). Anybody have any luck? I repainted the console on a 4runner once and it looked great (sanded the plastic, plastic primer, three coats of paint), but it didn't match the door quite right. morrias
Hey all, I just heard back from a car audio shop (highline) that the used the Duplicolor Medium Charcoal Metallic, code DSFM225 as the match. I'm going to grab some tonight and check it out.
