blue subie Posted February 5, 2009 Share Posted February 5, 2009 so i have the choice to buy some gram lights off a buddy of mine. They are gram light 57 pros in 18x8 +42 offset. now my question is, would this be a wise choice with the lower offset? Issues with rubbing? I know on his gc8 he was told he had to basically get rubber bands for tires as they would rub his inner fender. I am also running stock suspention but will most likley getting tein lowering springs. blue subie Posted February 5, 2009 Author Share Posted February 5, 2009 just saw the other post about 18s with 48 offset would 42 offset make a difference? argh hes going to have to run a 215/40/18 tire or a 225/35/18 tire to fit on his car. would these tire sizes look bad on a legacy with just lowering springs?
