I have a very nice 2 bedroom 1.5 bath apartment in chula vista! The rent would be $450.00 a month and that includes all the utilities except internet and phone! The contract will be month to month and I'm also asking for a deposit of $450.00. The apartment is completely furnished including the other bedroom unless u have your own furniture! You would have your own assigned parking space, there are 2 laundry facilities on site, pool, and BBQ area!
