CCSubaru Posted January 20, 2009 Posted January 20, 2009 Wondering what Cape Codders would be interested in having a meet somewhere on Cape at a local restaurant or something. I work at a restaurant in Orleans called "Homeport" next to friends market and it has a very large parking lot which could easily make room for a few Legacys. Orleans is not exactly central at all so let me know where else would be good and we can start too arrange something in the near future
CapeStylz Posted January 20, 2009 Posted January 20, 2009 Im in and dv8ingvector would be intrested Fyi i have done several install meets in marston mills and alot of people say its to far.. Maybe a plymouth meet or something?
supergrobo82 Posted January 20, 2009 Posted January 20, 2009 I'm not too far from the Cape (live in Hanover/work in Marshfield) I'd be interested in a Plymouth meet
CCSubaru Posted January 21, 2009 Author Posted January 21, 2009 Install meet would be cool in Plymouth. Dont really have anything to install. I would love some help on blacking headlights though
BCushidō Posted January 22, 2009 Posted January 22, 2009 What's up CCSubaru?! Did you recently get the '08 Legacy Ltd? i looked a DGM at a dealership down there and missed the car by 24 hours.
BCushidō Posted January 22, 2009 Posted January 22, 2009 I'm north of there, but i'd love to drive down! time frame?
CCSubaru Posted January 22, 2009 Author Posted January 22, 2009 Yes i did recently purchase my DGM. I bought it from a Toyota dealership though so I most likely did not steal your car from under your nose. and as for time frame that is up to everybody else. possibly next month sometime
Brad023 Posted January 25, 2009 Posted January 25, 2009 give me a date mabe i'll take a drive down if i'm working one weekend.
Ryouske Posted January 28, 2009 Posted January 28, 2009 I'm in buzzards bay, Plymouth is a good location I know of a few friends who usually have car meets in this one pizza joints parking lot, not sure of the name. I'm down though.
CapeStylz Posted January 31, 2009 Posted January 31, 2009 Plymouth sounds like its a good middle point Now to pick the resteraunt.....any suggestions?
mrjk77 Posted January 31, 2009 Posted January 31, 2009 plymouth meet sounds like fun. my parents are down that area anyway. i thought i might have an up/dp to install, but i think that project is going to have to be put on hold until spring/summer.
Brad023 Posted January 31, 2009 Posted January 31, 2009 so where's it going to be not from there so don't have any idea's
Ryouske Posted January 31, 2009 Posted January 31, 2009 We need to find a good restaurant. If I head down there today or tomorrow I'll scout around. There's a huge parking lot though near the water on mainstreet, I' sure that'd work great.
Brad023 Posted January 31, 2009 Posted January 31, 2009 i'm all for it just shoot me an adress once everyone sets a place and a date
CCSubaru Posted January 31, 2009 Author Posted January 31, 2009 If anyoen knows of a good spot shoot me a PM and we'll try to set an exact date and place
CapeStylz Posted January 31, 2009 Posted January 31, 2009 The restarunts on the water are great but pricy we had one done on the water almost 4yrs ago
cman7 Posted February 1, 2009 Posted February 1, 2009 I'd consider making a trip down there. I have family all over southern MA. The charlie horse has great food and is about 5 minutes north of Plymouth. Its easy on the wallet and has a place for the cars. http://www.thecharliehorse.net/main.cfm East bay grille, lobster hut, and weather vane are also good options right on the water. Lobster hut has a nice parking lot behind it too. Nobody goes there in the winter and there's nice scenery for pics.
Ryouske Posted February 1, 2009 Posted February 1, 2009 Charlie horse is very good. I didn't even think of the lobster hut.

mrjk77 Posted February 1, 2009 Posted February 1, 2009 i just ate at blue eyed crab which was pretty good. small place, but good.
Brad023 Posted February 1, 2009 Posted February 1, 2009 Charlie Horse is really good been there a couple times works for me
mrjk77 Posted February 2, 2009 Posted February 2, 2009 yeah charlie horse isn't bad and i think it's more "reasonable" than the places by/on the water.
