Mindspin311
So most times when Im getting the car rolling from a stop, I will hear a clunk from the drivers side of the car, somewhat near my feet. I can sometimes get the noise to occur when Im in gear and quickly step on it. My 1st guess is the drivers side motor mount. Any ideas?
tahoegt
Probably your front strut. Do a search. I had the same problem and had it replaced under warranty.

Hmm, care to give me some more details? I dont always hear the noise tho. Wouldnt I be able to hear it if I were going over bumps?
tahoegt
Mine made the noise going over bumps, on initial braking, and also on takeoff. I'm not sure that's your problem but it has been a very common problem. As I said, do a search of "strut" or "clunk" or both. you should find some more info.
