Do a 2006 Outback XT have VDC too??

 

Other than that, what is the advantage of having that?

 

I search around the forum for a bit, only this article help a bit

but inside, it never metion VDC.... the main purpose of having that, and what will it do....

 

 

other than that, which is actually the better one? 06 or 07 Outback XT?

VDC is available on XTs and 3.0R as far as I know. It became standard on 09 Models across the board.

 

It is a system that is supposed to prevent spin outs and loosing control during evasive maneuvers or unexpected road grades. It uses a yaw sensor and controls brakes and engine power individually to keep you on track.
