g2redgsr Posted December 2, 2008 Share Posted December 2, 2008 When i first bought my legacy (used) i noticed after waxing it that behind the hood scoop it was rough if you grazed the back of you hand over it and thought it was just a manufacturing defect or overspray, but i just waxed my car again, and not its rough like it was in the back, in the front of the hood scoop now, is this a common thing?
