Noisy passenger side brake

So awhile back I installed front dba4000's and hawk ceramic pads. I bedded them in properly etc. Problem i'm having is the passenger side makes a scraping noise probably 60% of the time. Seems to happen alot when I turn the wheels and even on the interstate. I've checked and rechecked the pads and rotor, even taken it all off cleaned it and put it back but still get noise. I could understand them both being noisy but what's up with my passenger side?
