About 70 cars popped up. Then I did same thing with "Honda civic": 2771 cars popped up. That is 40:1 ratio. Then I went on autotrader. Same story. Makes me go "wow". But it wasn't really a secret. It is well known fact that Toronto is infested with civics, but I was still impressed by comparing actual numbers...
ehsnils
But you may also have to count in how long a certain car stays owned and that can vary from brand to brand. I suspect that Civic:s are changing owner at a higher rate than Subarus too. Maybe you should try to get statistic figures from the vehicle registry of different brands too and then relate those figures to the ad figures.
