jonklein611
Just wanting some opinions on here. My fam and I did the struts about 3 years so those are in decent shape... but I wants stiffer springs (maybe with a slight bit of drop). Anyone know of decent springs that would fit a 96 Leg wagon? or is it even worth it? - Jon
jonklein611
Has no one fitted newer springs to their legacies?
99SUS SFD
A lot of information can be found in the suspension section of SLi. http://sl-i.net/FORUM/viewforum.php?f=13 If you haven't registered there, I highly recommend the site. A lot of good info for our generation of Legacys. And a good group of people, too.
jonklein611
I'm a member over there too, but typically I get better information quicker on LGT. Thanks for the thread link.

jonklein611
That's GREAT info. Found the thread, thanks very much. I was going to try to get GT-B springs, but if I can get those cheaper, even better.
Reuben
JDM man. Tein, cusco etc. All fit. Also, if it fits GC/GF, it fits BC/BF-BD/BG/BK. Sedan does not fit wagon though. jonklein611
Don't want a saggy ass. I think im going with the whiteline group buy. It's a pretty good deal.
GTBGUY
jonklein611 - If you don't want the saggy butt, get the iON Performance Sport Spec springs for your BG wagon. Installed w/ KYB GR2's in the above picture.
jonklein611
Hey i just got a set of those wheels..... that looks good. Thanks for the tips!
GTBGUY
jonklein611 - I must qualify though that the tires were 205/50/16 on there; so running the factory sized 205/55/16 or 225/50/16 will further decrease the fender gap.
Reuben
I just got some King super lows. Can't wait to fit em, i should finally have stiff springs to match the bilsteins
jonklein611
The wheels currently have 205/55/R16 snow tires on them (came with the wheels for free) (w00t!). After winter they are getting the correct, at least that's what tire rack says, +2 size for my car ( 205/50/R16) but thank you for the heads up. icrackedcorn
cheap usdm sedan/gt springs would drop you down and the gt's have a bit more stiffness 01-03 wrx sets are also manageable with some consideration obedience to church and state is subjugation to the unjust authority of men

old legacy GT
so you can pretty much take springs off a newer impreza type car change the top hat and you're good to go or is there more to it???
Catch22ska4
GTBGUY your car looks almost exactly like mine, I have a '97 LGT Wagon all white, same tint, and was looking for some OEM WRX tires/wheels to swap onto mine. Anything I need to be aware of?
