Walt
How will remapping effect the SI drive? Will it negate it all together or will you be able to remap all 3 (I, S & S#)?
MGV101
Other than the throttle maps, all 3 modes uses the same maps in the ECU. All Si drive is doing is to change the relationship between your accelerator pedal and the actual throttle plate angle.

There is some debate here on the boards about the relevance / benefit of SI drive. Agreed - (I)ntelligent mode arguably gives better mileage as even at WOT you can't get 100% throttle (if I recall correctly). S and S# will provide same HP numbers. The only difference between the 2 is how far you have to push the pedal to get to WOT. Personally I think it's nothing more than a gimmick .... at this point. Hopefully things get sorted out and make the system useful.
