No tires and one rim has a small bend from hitting a pothole. Rim holds air and no wobble even at HIGH highway speeds. NO TIRES The lip needs a little wetsanding to polish it back up and is a tiny bit pitted in places. There is also a tiny bit of curbrash on one of the wheels lip but you have to look for it.
