Metal2You
I'm looking into getting one gauge for camber and caster readings, and another for toe readings. I want to be able to read toe on all four tires. Longacre seems to make some nice products and in their document on taking toe readings (http://www.longacreracing.com/articles/art.asp?artid=12) they mention the front tires specifically when describing the toe plate and tire scribe methods. Is the toe bar method the only one that will work on all four wheels?
Metal2You
I think I should be fine with the tire scribe method. I don't see why that wouldn't work on the rear tires as well. I'm confused on how the toe bar or toe plates would work. They both anchor to the wheels or tires, so I don't understand how you would get a different reading after changing toe.
