Oil pump went and either the main bearing seized, or a piston went. Looking for offers on a 93 Toyota Celica GT-S. Everything else is in good shape. Even has some aftermarket wheels (still have stockers too). I paid over $300 for the headlights alone, and put an all-trac bumper on it, so I think $750 is a good starting point...I posted on Craigslist, etc. for $1000, but fellow LGT members get a sweet discount State Celica is in: CT Year: 1993 Model: GT-S VIN: JT2ST85N4P0135701 Paint Color: see pics Interior Color: gray leather Miles: ~188K Location: Vernon, CT Options: stock Modifications: stock Engine Condition: blown Transmission condition: excellent - 5spd/manual Type of tire and/or remaining tread: Toyo Proxes - plenty of tread Interior condition: Good - tear on driver seat (common for vehicles this old) Body condition: Fair Known defects or problems: Engine blown. Disconnected antenna motor. Slight exhaust leak causes occasional CEL. Comments about the car: *please note: my girlfriend's brother had a side-impact crash with a guardrail (it was wet...no AWD LOL) at 20MPH about 2 years ago. Front left quarter panel and bumper were replaced after that crash. As you can see in the pics below, I didn't do much to the rear left quarter panel because damage was minimal. Some deep scratches to the paint on the bumper, etc...Car always drove fine, handled well, etc...until the engine seized!
