Key Fob Question

I have searched and have not been able to find a conclusive answer. I have an 05 Legacy Gt and it has the key with the seperate key fob. I know that there are newer keys out there that have the key built into the key fob. Do you guys know what the part number is for one that will work on my Legacy GT? I was at the dealership to have an oil leak fixed and I asked the parts guy and he was generally pretty confused. Said the guys on the forums probably know more than he would. He said he didn't want to sell me a key, cut it, then have it not work. He said my car should have an immobilizer so that should factor into the equation.

 

Any help out there? Or wrong to think there is a key/key fob out there for me.

I am continuing to search, is it the tribeca key? PN 57497AG35A. I just wanna make sure that it should work because I want to hit the dealer on the drive home.

I don't know the part number, but the combination key + fob works on '05 GTs. I had it done a few months ago and no problems.

Its the Tribeca key...I have one. $75 for the purchase and reprogram. Much more than that and parts is shafting you.

I got it done. The service guy warned me and said, "well, ya I'll do it, but it might not work and then you'll be out of the money." He claimed he tried to do it before and something went wrong. I told him to go ahead and do it. As expected it worked.
