cfdrumr
I am picking up some 18x8 rotas and some 245/40/18's for free... They will fit on my wagon without rolling the fenders, right?
JonLGT
they will fit on the wheels, maybe slight ballooning but nothing serious. They should fit (depending on offset) under your fenders but they are going to have a pretty steep sidewall.

DiscoWagon
With 245/40/18, you WILL rub.
lawl
yep. dont do it buddy. 245/35/18 should be okay. i had 235/40/18 on coilovers and they rubbed on hard compressions, and when i had a full car car for sale. PM me!
cfdrumr
so 245/35 will fit before 235/40? what about 225/40?
cfdrumr
?
EL PAALO
Use 225/40 18 if you want to avoid rubbing. 245/40 18 is too tall and too wide if you aren't rolled. 245/35 18 is too wide if you aren't rolled. 235/40 18 is too tall and possibly too wide if you aren't rolled. I used 225/40 18, 245/40 17, 245/35 18, 225/45 17, and the stockers on my wagon with swifts (and rolls for the 245's in 17 & 18).
cfdrumr
I want low profile...what about like 225/35?
rurouni_x
225/40 is a lowpro tire. with 225/35 you will have way less too choose from and probably pay more as well.
