Impulse
So i'm on the verge of getting either the swifts or the rallitek springs, but i have to consider driving through snow in the winter. i know the drop height wont be too bad with either spring, but i was wondering if there is something i should know about progressive vs linear spring rates in the snow? is one better than the other? i'm talking about regular driving and not snow rally or rallycross in the winter (heh, atleast not yet) thanks! caramall2
I don't think either will matter, other than what is the final ride height after you put each on (for clearance). If, as you said, both are nearly the same, then I'd go more by how each performs on dry pavement for what you want. Snow shouldn't be a biggie (unless you're "off-roading" it and worried about softer springs causing you to "bottom out" or something...I doubt that's your concern).
