Although the pics are not high resolution, they're quite nice.

Thats really neat, the only thing I would worry about is the screen being unprotected like that and its bound to have osme stupid gremlin break it opening it too fast.

Forget the rear screen. I'd take just the extra storage bin under the arm rest.

All in all I'm not that big a fan of built-in hi-tech stuff. It's just another reason for the local hoodlums to break into your car. I can hardly imagine what steps someone like that kid who got his VW van pimped on MTV needs to do to protect a 40" plasma screen tv mounted in his van...or did someone say they saw it (the van) for sale on ebay?

I don't need the screens, but I'd love the Dash kit they got go'n on......I have so much crap to install....Nav, XM, MP3 player with a foldin 7'' screen.....ahhh....I could only wish for this stuff to be availible in the US.......and a perfect possible reason is bill's response......"All in all I'm not that big a fan of built-in hi-tech stuff" NOT Knock'n you AT ALL...no worries there...just show'n that maybe we teck freaks are in the minority and that's y we never get the real toys......tear......it's all good, cuz that just means we get to be more creative and have a more original car ;p

Scans007, no worries. I just like my hi-tech stuff to be portable whenever possible. :)

Now, with all that stuff becoming standard on every SUV and minivan here in the US I doubt that Subaru doesn't know that we have a huge market for it. Maybe they were just really concerned about keeping the price of a fully loaded Legacy under the $35K mark. Start creeping up to the $40K range and people start heading towards the premium marks.
