JayH Posted June 23, 2008 Share Posted June 23, 2008 Well, I know this is one of those "why would we care" threads but I am gonna post anyway. Got my GT back from the shop finally. I've had this car for about 6 months and always thought it was fast. Now after getting it back from having two exhaust leaks fixed (one really bad), new plugs, new air filter, and a new IC, its like a whole new car. It spools up much faster, is MUCH quieter, and adds a whole new amount of fun to driving it. I had it up for sale before this, and now am going to keep it. That how much of a difference there was. PeterJMC Posted June 23, 2008 Share Posted June 23, 2008 I'll be in the same boat as you on the excitement factor when I get some different headers installed. the ones I have on now have cracked and is making an aweful rattle and exhaust leak noise.
