Watney Posted January 20, 2005 Share Posted January 20, 2005 ok...so this morning, my freaking CEL light come's on, w/ the cruise control blinking. I checked the forums and it would seem that a loose gas cap might be the cause. my gas cap was indeed loose and almost coming off when i checked. I re-tightened the gas cap and the CEL light is on, w/ the cruise control blinking. how the heck do i turn it off? or am i going to have to suffer and go to the dealer?? any help would be appreciated. Watney Posted January 20, 2005 Author Share Posted January 20, 2005 oh..and also, another thread talks about how their cel light came on when they slammed on the brakes hard one day to avoid a car.... *sigh*...this too happened to me. though i'm less inclined to think this is the problem.
