kamishki
Has anyone tried to install the subi sub and then manage the bass on the main speakers. I don't yet have the sub but did notice that when you crank it up a bit I need to cut the bass a little to smooth things out (depending on the selection.) At any rate, I suspect that if I install the sub and high pass the rest of the speakers then I would get cleaner mids. To bad the radio isn't built with seperate sub out and base management built in. One more question.....does the head have an AUX in. I would like to put a sub mini patch on it to take feeds from other audio sources. Mosca
Hey, LGO; nice to see a familiar handle over here. Mosca FRA-GEE-LAY... It must be Italian!
Mosca
After reading this thread, I went over to the Subaru building and had a sub installed. It adds a noticeable amount of low frequency without being boomy, and rounds out the overall sound nicely. I paid $168+10% for the part and it was .9 hours to do the install (labor rates vary from area to area). Tom FRA-GEE-LAY... It must be Italian!
