Tow loops will pull up from their hold in the floor and then there is one final catch on the back side, near the middle. It will all make sense when you get in there... ignore him, he'll go away. Ok, that was my main concern on wether the bottom was bolted or not, I have removed seats that you had to be a freaking gymnast to get to the cushion bolts.
