i have a question

i was lookin at an older 90 honda accord today it kinda have the same body style of my 99 legacy so i was wondering maybe i can get sum aftermarket accord headlights and rig them to fit on my legacy also im rebuildin my front end on it since it was stolen and crashed into a tree so im pretty much doing a nissan skyline look alike on it

It looks very doable since you're already going to be do a lot of work to get your front end back together. Just remember to measure twice, cut once.

Nonononononoooooooooo, putting honda lights on your legacy will be insta-fail. Track down some morettes, can be hard to find, but they will work well. Personally i prefer the http://i197.photobucket.com/albums/aa208/Pilot_Reuben/New%20GTB/NewGTB1.jpg, but each to their own i suppose.
