Anyone have the Sirius Stiletto 2 for their Legacy? I just picked one up. Radio itself is small. The car dock adds size though. Wondering where to put this thing in my (smaller) car...

I wasn't sure what you were talking about, until I visited the Sirius website.

I would just lay it on the cup holder with the lid closed. Sometimes I'll lay my cell there, and no matter how spirited my driving gets it never moves. It's a nice sticky surface. But, if you want it out in front of you, you could purchase a cell phone holder and mount it to the dash or windshield.

I used to have my S50 mounted with [ame=http://www.amazon.com/Arkon-SR-88-Flexible-Gooseneck-Satellite/dp/B00024L6S4/ref=sr_1_1?ie=UTF8&s=electronics&qid=1208462055&sr=8-1]one of these.[/ame] Bolted it to the seat mounting bolt and it was fairly out of the way (sometimes a passenger would nudge it with their knee though).

The mounting plate had to be modified to get it to fit the S50 correctly, but nothing a dremel didn't make short work of.

You can kinda see where it rests in this picture (I'll look for a better one).

^What shift knob is that?

It's an '05 Mustang GT knob. I actually went back to the stock one though as it grips a little better (the Stang knob isn't leather, it's plastic on both sides).
