The newest thing we have tried is turkey breast cutlets (like turkey pork chops) breaded with this stuff: https://www.bobsredmill.com/catalog/index.php?action=showdetails&product_ID=199 We add some spices to it, a little salt, some pepper, garlic powder, whatever you want, and fry it in a pan with a little bit of olive oil.
