'08 LGT, 7500 miles. Clutch judder, throwout bearing?

My 2008 LGT developed "clutch judder" around the 4k mark. When you press the clutch, there is a point before the clutch engages that vibrates pretty noticeably in the pedal. Stock DP, so I highly doubt it is any vibration from there.

Now, when the clutch is in, my throwout bearing (I assume) is starting to make noise. Anyone else have an issue like this?

I had an LS1 Z28 that had a throwout bearing go out at 30k when I got it (old owner used the clutch as a footrest?) and it displayed both symptoms. Then it REALLY got noisey.

I wonder if I should request a new clutch disc while they're in there, or wait until it starts really getting noisey first. Suggestions?

Hope the dealer won't give me too much flak about my K&N intake and Magnaflow catback.

I tried searching and didn't find any issues like mine. Anyone else experience this?
