fishbone Posted April 10, 2008 Share Posted April 10, 2008 From my experience, no. I also watched for this and it locks up just the same and also "gets out" of it just as fast when you slam it. Sport mode keeps revs higher and modifies shift points [ie, car stays revved for longer waiting for input], that's about it. If I remember correctly Subaru said the Sport mode is for engine braking, towing uphill, etc. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
