Are these two flywheels interchangeable?

Wondering if these flywheels are interchangeable.

 

1) 96 legacy outback 2.2

 

2) 97 legacy L 2.2

 

obviously both awd

 

will the 96 flywheel work on the 97 L?

 

if so should I order the clutch kit for the 96 or 97?
