SC GT Posted July 7, 2005 Share Posted July 7, 2005 All SoA is saying is that if the customer wants to mod his Subaru, make him do it on his own. If the dealer installs a mod and the customer comes back to Subaru with a warranty claim, pursuant to the dealership agreement the dealer signed with SoA, any costs of the warranty claim relating to that mod (be it fixing the car, defending a lawsuit, whatever) will be on the dealer's dime, not SoA's.
