Golf4283 Posted February 24, 2008 Share Posted February 24, 2008 Ok so I just bought some sylvania silverstar lights for the foglights in my car. Hopefully the right number is the H3. I was wondering how hard these are to install and what I need to do to get them in there. I would like to get this done today so if anyone could help quickly that would be awesome. Bbc84 Posted February 24, 2008 Share Posted February 24, 2008 It looks like u got a 08? 08' fogs are 9006. the manual is wrong, I found that out when I bought H3 HID Fogs for my 08' had to get them exchanged with 9006 HID fogs. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

Golf4283 Posted February 24, 2008 Author Share Posted February 24, 2008 does anyone know if its possible to take the little covers of the fog lights (if that makes sense). The bulb like hides behind these covers and they totally detract from how much light is emitted. The tip of the bulb itself is darkened so it won't be blinding anyone I wouldn't imagine.
