macconis Posted February 4, 2008 Posted February 4, 2008 Hey all, Does anyone have a hesitation when the cruise control is set and the engine is not under load? I should clarify. I installed a Perrin turbo back with stock cans, a header and catted uppipe from xcelleration, a Cobb Stage 2 91 ACN and a plat panel filter. My guess is I need an upgraded computer program to account for the header and up pipe. What ya think?
macconis Posted February 4, 2008 Author Posted February 4, 2008 My bad. I forgot to mention, the car's a 2005 Outback XT 5sp auto.
gf2020 Posted February 5, 2008 Posted February 5, 2008 I thought I remember reading somewhere that the hesitation is a known issue in automatic '05 XTs and GTs and that there is an update from the dealer for it. Not sure if your mods would play any factor but I would check with your dealer.
Diggs753 Posted February 6, 2008 Posted February 6, 2008 Why do you have a catted up pipe?and did you say you had a stg 2 flash? Not certain what you got going on pal.
macconis Posted February 6, 2008 Author Posted February 6, 2008 Diggs, Calif. Xcelleration has an after market up pipe so I can stay legal. It has a much better flow rate than stock. Thanks for the response.
