I've found a lot of nice looking knobs on the forums, but they seem all be machined metal (steel or aluminum) and have hot / cold problems. What I would like is a heavy, large knob in the shape of maybe the TWM 44 magnum (that style), a larger version of the stock 5sp knob, or a ball, covered in leather so it isn't blazing hot or icy cold.
