Zed 2.0
Has anybody paired JDM struts with stock LGT springs? Or the Bilstein HDs from King of Parts? I'm specifically looking at the Spec.B Rev C. The biggest weakness in the LGT's suspension seems to be the struts--body roll in sustained corners, poor behavior over bumps. I'd like to fix some of this behavior while keeping a stock ride height. My worries are overdamping the suspension or prematurely wearing the struts. sactojesse
Have you considered stock JDM LGT springs or stock JDM/USDM Spec B springs? Both are designed to work with Bilsteins, whereas the USDM LGT front springs are designed for the KYBs. Your rear USDM LGT springs should work on the Bilsteins though. fweasel
Sounds like the answer for you is a set of JDM bilstein take-offs with the JDM OEM springs. That will maintain the most ground clearance w/o going the coilover route. After that, you can always upgrade your front sway if you still notice too much roll. ignore him, he'll go away.
