sactojesse
I'm willing to bet that it will have the famous Citroen cream puff ride coupled with enough body roll to scrape the door panels on sharp turns.
SLegacy99
I think it would be nice if they sold Citroens in the States, but our automarket is pretty crowded.

fzanetti
They tried selling Citroens for a while...they weren't too successful and they fell apart The reason it failed was because back then, in the 80's we, Americans, used to like BOATS not cars, Crown Victoria, Caprice, etc etc  And Europen Cars were a lot smaller, more fuel efficient and revolutionary designed, something US was not ready by than, however nowadays are another ballgame, 3 bucks gas prices, polution, environment, catalytic converters, a lot has changes in 25 years!!!!! And also, so did Alfa Romeo, which were very successful at one point, but took off too, now they are coming back, in 09 I believe.... unobtainium
sactojessie, Cits don't roll like that any more; they finally got rid of that characteristic on the XM. They also have way more suspension tricks: http://www.citroen.mb.ca/Documents/Car/1.html describes the Xantia Activa. One of these absolutely amazed me on a ride a few years ago from La Clusaz down into Annecy, it's a winding mountain road and that car felt like a go-kart but still had a fine soft ride. I believe the Citroen SM, which shared its V-6 engine w/ the Maserati Merak, was the last Citroen that was officially imported to the U.S. in the early to mid-1970s. However, grey-market 2CVs continued to make their way into the U.S. as novelty items after that.
