SBT Posted December 24, 2004 Share Posted December 24, 2004 I'm not sure since the transmission case has been redesigned/fortified on the LGT and this could require different shifter mount points or re-routed linkage to compensate for the LGT's case redesign. You would really want to check with a parts guy to make sure. However, that said, here's a quote from [url="http://www.1stsubarparts.com"]www.1stsubarparts.com[/url] on the 2005 Legacy STK: "The STi short throw shifter significantly reduces shift-throw lengths for crisper shifts and sportier driving. Fits all 2005 Legacy models except 3.0L Outback's". So, one would be lead to believe that it would work for both the LGT and Li.
