Rear air flap/dam in front of wheels...

It sounds like you need #8 and #9 in the image below? If so..

#8 Part number - 909130117

#9 Part number - 909130118

 

And actually you probably just need #9, but I'll leave part number for #8 there in case what that snaps into got busted too. I'm pretty sure I had to replace that same piece myself after I ran over some retread awhile back. I think it was a large white rivet and a white ring that the rivet snaps into.

 

 

**Update. It looks like I was mistaken. And I'm confused as well. Based off the image in the ebay link, i think you need part number 5. I don't know why the images display different parts? But when you look at the images in the second picture i attached, part number 909130118 is exactly what I think you need, except mine was white and not black.

All confusion aside, the part you are referring to is the right one as far as I can tell. I can see from my other intact rivet that I do not need the "base" of the rivet (which is also white on my car) just the rivet itself, which is black.
