Andyjo
So i'm looking to upgrade my brakes on the ol' OBXT, but i want to keep the same size, i run 16" rims for my snows. I'm sure there's more threads out there that i could search for, but i'm too damn lazy. So, what is there that i can get a little more brakeing juice out of, and keep the same size rotors/pads/calipers? i'm thinking maybe some slotted or drilled ones, maybe ceramic pads? i just don't relaly know what brands to look for. Help me stop this thing!
urfsin
If you want to keep 16" rims for your snows you are cooked. You cant even upgrade to LGT brakes. They require a 17" wheel. Slide It Sideways
captainmorgan
pads, lines, fluid. Maybe turn the rotors. Should cover about 99% of your braking needs.
Andyjo
Well who makes better pads? i was looking at the ECB yellow stuff ones, maybe the rotors they have, but i can't seem to find out if they have stuff for the front & back... eh? captainmorgan
I'd stick with Hawk HPS. They are affordable and readily available and work great, but do not have rear fitment yet.
