Yea, they were nice people. I am fortunate enough to write to them in Japanese so nothing gets messed up and have a slightly better relationship with them. Keep in mind that they have some points system with purchases that you make from them. So far, I think I have about $10 worth of points which can go toward my purchases later on when I need something. I was surprised at the shipping cost they quoted.
