digitator Posted August 2, 2007 Share Posted August 2, 2007 Frequent lurker here who is finalizing the purchase of an '05 LGT Limited wagon. Problem is, the car is on the east coast, I'm in Colorado, and I don't think I'm going to be able to fly out and drive it the 2,000+ miles home. mickeyd2005 Posted August 2, 2007 Share Posted August 2, 2007 Make sure you get lots and lots of pictures of it before it is handed over at the depot. Interior and exterior. I bought my car from a dealer on the east coast. Luckily, it was brand new so the shipping company couldn't deny the grease stains inside the car. There were grease stains everywhere. I mean even in the back seat. The car moves from one depot to another. The shipping company doesn't own any of the facilities. They just contract out.
