Zerolimit
I believe PZEV just came out in 2008, since i've got a 2008 model, i have not seen any 05-07 models have pzev, and from what I know, turbo models really cant be pzev.

Not true. There are 2005+ PZEV 2.5i's out there. tnice17, I am not sure, but I think PZEV engines have more than two O2 sensors. The Borla headers are also dual port, so if your headers are dual port then it should be ok as long as the headers take the same route as the stock headers and meets up to the cat.
