Zanatech Posted July 16, 2007 Share Posted July 16, 2007 Hello, i really want to boost my sound quality in my car and am going to run infinity kappa speakers in the door. i had them in a previous car and thought they were the cats meow. to be exact the KAPPA63.7I, i will need door spacers since the mounting depth is 3/16th" deeper than the polks so many recommend, would i possibly need custom ones or to "double stack" them? now i want to be able to have the stock radio light up and stuff because of the aesthetic reasons obviously and will mount an aftermarket headunit under either the drivers seat or in in the glovebox area. anyone have any recommendations for a decent reasonably priced headunit and an amp (i don't care really about the bass, i won't be running a sub, 400 watts would be plenty for me).
