VtspecB
I disabled it by pulling the bulb ... is that the approach you took? my vBGarage
Quiethom
disconnected the wire that led to the light. do you have the same lip spoiler? i hear the OEM STI's lips come with something to cover to light.
VtspecB
Mine is the JDM Subaru lip spoiler as can be seen on the legacygt.com homepage car that is in the top left corner of this, and all lgt.com, pages. It might be STi, but none of the paper work that came with it said STi. It came with a cheesy black, precut, adhesive backed oval. I didn't put in on for fear that over time of baking in the sun, the adhesive could fail and it would begin to peel off and look terrible. Also I knew it wouldn't totally black it out, that at night you would certainly still be able to see the glow around the edges. Pet peeve of mine - cars with spoiler mounted brake lights that still have their window mounted light working. **tacky** my vBGarage
