MDW25gt Posted June 19, 2007 Share Posted June 19, 2007 I want to take a moment to praise the service that Scott Snyder provided at Beechmont Subaru in Cincinnati. I have never had good luck at any Subaru service, until I hooked up with Scott. I think it is important to give credit where credit is due. Be sure to mention your are on the board if you need service at Beechmont. I would support the addition of a "Dealer Review" sticky to bring out the praise for good service and shame to dealers that provide bad service. This would give everyone a chance to make an informed decision before turing their ride over for service. I'd be glad to share details of other bad experience at other Subaru dealers in Massillon, Ohio and Charlotte, North Carolina. just PM me. I took my car in for problems with the center dif binding and a roar in the front end while rolling. Ended up replacing the center diff. and both front wheel bearings.
