Dealership, Midas, or Myself to Change Rear Shoes?

I've done rear brakes before and remember them being more time consuming and tricky then discs with the springs, retainers and all. I'd like to do it myself to save money and have them done exactly how I think they should be done. The problem is I don't have someone else to sit in the car and step on the brakes for me. I also don't want to spend extra money on the 1-man bleeder tools (How much are those anyhow?).

Breakdown and quotes I got so far:

DIY: Shoes: $26 Drum turning: $20/pair. Brake fluid and cleaners: ~$30 = $90 (with tax). My time no charge.

Midas: $190

Dealer: $230

Advice appreciated!
